It seems to be standard procedure for blog party questionnaires to begin by asking you to introduce yourself to the rest of the party goers. Far be it from me to be remiss in my duty, therefore, do tell us a bit about yourself, in as many or few words as you wish.
 i am a teenage girl, who lives in northern Texas on a suburban farm. i have sweet two sisters and three brothers and fantastic parents! i am nostalgic at times, but i can be also very cheerful and happy for the future.

{2}
What are a few of your favorite classic films?
"Sergeant York", "High Noon", "Heidi", "The Sound of Music", "Swiss Family Robinson", and i kind of like "Singing in the Rain". that's about it.

{3}
Out of those films, who are your favorite characters (not actor, character)?
probably Heidi or Kathy Selden. :)

{4}
Share one of your favorite movie lines...
"Here he ere, Ma. Took a heap of lookin' but he come easy." (from "Sergeant York"). "You know, I know and so does the sheriff..." (from "Sergeant York").

{5}
What is your opinion on remaking classic films?
hmm... i haven't really thought about it.

{6}
How about colorizing black and white films?
dito above.

{7}
Name a few of your favorite silver screen actresses.
Debbie Reynolds, Judy Garland, Grace Kelly.

{8}
Now a few of your favorite actors.
Gary Cooper, Gene Kelly, and Donald O'Connor.

{9}
Why are they your favorites?
they aren't cheesy actors and actresses. plus they have good voices and looks.

{10}
Do you enjoy westerns? Why or why not?
maybe to a certain degree. i like high action movies, so they are perfect in that area. but the story lines can become so predictable. :(

{11} Are you a purist when it comes to adapting a book you love to the screen?
i suppose so. ;)

{12}
Are there any film adaptations that you enjoyed more than the original book?
not sure.

{13}
There are a lot of wonderful classic TV shows, but which one is your favorite?
i haven't really watched any.

{14}
After watching a musical, do you hum and singing snatches of the songs as you go about your day?
actually, yes. ;) like the songs from "Oklahoma" or "Singing in the Rain" or "The Sound of Music".

{15}
Assuming the answer to the above is "yes", which song, without fail, get's stuck in your head?
"Good Mornin'" (from "Singing in the Rain").

{16)
What's the corniest film you've ever seen?
probably "Pride and Prejudice" (1940).
